VOASTRA TERMS OF USE
VOASTRA and its affiliates (“VOASTRA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide content and functionality on websites, digital platforms, and applications that link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Site”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site. Please review these Terms periodically, as VOASTRA may update them at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

1. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, logos, icons, design elements, layout, structure, selection and arrangement of content, as well as any underlying methodologies, frameworks, concepts, tools, know-how, analytical approaches, models, software, algorithms, AI-assisted systems (including ASTRA CORE), processes, and industry perspectives (collectively, the “Site Content”), are the exclusive property of VOASTRA or its licensors.
The Site Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, no part of the Site Content may be copied, reproduced, modified, translated, reverse engineered, republished, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, posted, mirrored, or otherwise exploited without VOASTRA’s prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Trademarks
The VOASTRA name, logo, ASTRA CORE, VOYAGER VAULT, and all related names, designs, slogans, and marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are trademarks or service marks of VOASTRA or its licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, reference, or attribute any Site Content or Trademarks to VOASTRA in any public or commercial medium (including press releases, marketing materials, websites, or social media) without VOASTRA’s prior written permission. Any unauthorized use that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or dilute VOASTRA’s brand is strictly prohibited.
3. Permitted Use of Site Content
VOASTRA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site Content solely for your internal, non-commercial informational purposes, provided that:

You do not modify or create derivative works from the Site Content

Any breach of this section automatically terminates your license to use the Site.

If you submit information to VOASTRA through the Site (e.g., inquiries, forms, surveys, or feedback), you grant VOASTRA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such submissions for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, confidential without authorization, or otherwise inappropriate. VOASTRA reserves the right to remove or refuse submissions at its discretion.
5. No Professional Advice
The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes or should be construed as professional advice, including but not limited to investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or other advisory services.
Any reliance on Site Content is at your sole risk. Formal advisory services are provided only under written agreement with VOASTRA.

6. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
VOASTRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
VOASTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOASTRA and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, consultants, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content. VOASTRA does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.
9. VOYAGER VAULT Access
Access to VOYAGER VAULT (VOASTRA’s Virtual Data Room) is governed by separate contractual agreements, including NDAs and platform-specific Terms & Conditions. These Site Terms do not govern use of VOYAGER VAULT.
10. Suspension and Termination
VOASTRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to VOASTRA’s interests.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applied and interpreted in a civil-law framework, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent onshore courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
